Prime Asia – Hotel & Tourism Case Study
Background
Prime Asia Hotel was a newly-built hotel at the heart of Angeles City, in the province of Pampanga, Philippines. With new facilities and the first hotel with a roof-deck pool, they were all excited to give guests the best stay while in Angeles City and Clark.
The Challenge
When they started in 2014, the owner and top executives of Prime Asia had limited knowledge about online marketing. The biggest challenge was to get online visibilty and gain market share in a very competitive hotel industry.
The problem is, no one knew who Prime Asia was.
The Solution
We started by aligning our business goals with the marketing goals during a series of meetings held in a couple of months.
Learning that two hotels had the monopoly on most of the customers, we have to get NEW customers and retain them as LOYAL customers. We created a highly-converting website and executed extensive omni-channel marketing campaigns. Prime Asia was the first hotel in Angeles to have a SUCCESSFUL ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM that is in-house and not managed by third-party agencies.
Rising to the Top
Today, Prime Asia has gained the reputation of being one of the best hotels to stay in Angeles and Clark. Their guests mainly comprised of families, corporate individuals, and international guests. They got the market share they were aiming for, and is the preferred hotel of the growing number of tourists.
Continued Growth
Aside from managing and maintaining the website and spearheading the marketing initiatives, we also EMPOWER employees. We train the Sales & Marketing of Prime Asia Hotel on how to handle the channel manager, respond to inquiries, handle guest complaints, and sell online.
